Synopsis

Currently, there is a large need for Spanish speaking students from Ecuador in the area of travel and tourism who have applied English proficiency to help English speaking visitors to Ecuador. This need will continue to grow and to expand as travel and tourism increase in Ecuador. The purpose of this book is to help Spanish speaking students learn better technical English so that this need can be fulfilled and so that students can gain more internships and permanent travel and tourism jobs in Ecuador and elsewhere. The focus of this book is on learning and application so that students can become more proficient in English and in interactions with English speaking tourists. Each chapter has its own theme and technical English content for learning better technical English applications. This book provides Spanish speaking students of tourism with basic information that they will need as they interact with English speaking visitors to Ecuador.
